Agreement

By booking an appointment or purchasing merchandise from House of Pain Tattoos, you agree to these terms. We're here to make great tattoos in Moose Jaw—these terms ensure we can do that safely and professionally.

Tattoo Services

1. Age Requirements

• • Must be 18 years or older with valid ID
• • No exceptions, even with parental consent
• • We reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified

2. Health & Safety

• • You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect tattooing
• • We reserve the right to refuse service if intoxicated or under the influence
• • Pregnant or nursing clients should consult their doctor first
• • All equipment is sterilized and single-use needles are standard

3. Deposits & Payments

• • Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours—to hold your slot and cover prep time
• • Deposits go toward final tattoo cost
• • Full payment due upon completion of tattoo
• • We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards

4. Appointments

• • Please arrive on time—late arrivals may be rescheduled
• • Cancellations require 48 hours notice to reschedule deposit
• • No-shows forfeit their deposit
• • We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary

5. Design Process

• • Custom designs remain property of House of Pain Tattoos
• • We may photograph and use images of tattoos for portfolio
• • Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges
• • We reserve the right to refuse designs we deem inappropriate

Liability & Aftercare

We're here to make great tattoos in Moose Jaw—no liability for personal reactions if aftercare isn't followed.

• • You acknowledge tattooing carries inherent risks
• • Proper aftercare is your responsibility
• • We provide detailed aftercare instructions
• • Touch-ups within 90 days are free if aftercare was followed
• • We are not liable for infections or reactions due to improper aftercare
• • Allergic reactions to ink are rare but possible—inform us of any allergies

Merchandise

Merch sales are final. Printify terms apply to returns.

Website Use

• • Content is for informational purposes only
• • Images and designs are copyrighted
• • Do not reproduce without written permission
• • Links to third-party sites are not endorsements
• • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through direct communication first. We believe in resolving issues fairly and professionally. If we can't resolve it between us, disputes will be handled under Saskatchewan law.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
